Maybe You've heard that perfectionist is a good things. Don't believe! Perfectionist is not do the best. It doesn't mean strive to pursue Your goal or work hard to get the best too. The fact, Perfectionist can get down your ability to do the best. There is no perfect.

Perfectionist done....
1. Seldom to give task to Other People, They just want do everything...
2. So hard to make a decision
3. Always want to handle situation
4. Beat Other so hard
5. Always do something in the last minutes
6. Often to criticize others
7. Refuse to hear critics for them selves
8. More care to the negatives things than positive things
9. Always check tasks with others doing
10. Says them selves "stupid, dull , etc" if they do something without perfectly
11. Like to postpone some task or work

10 Thing that is thought by a Perfectionist...
1. I must success in everything that I've done
2. I must one step a time than others
3. I must finish what I do before I begin to other task
4. Every details must perfect
5. I'm great if the results is good; but I'm a looser if the results is bad
